I have a new video for you today that was inspired by the many questions my team and I get around how toxins impact our nervous system.
Now, the word “toxin” can mean many things, but the usual ones we are asked about are things like mold, harsh chemicals found in cleaning products, preservatives in our food supply, pesticides and herbicides…and so many more.
In this video I take an approach that highlights the importance of nervous system regulation, plus growing it to the best of our ability, and also what I believe to be most important when it comes to ensuring we have the best defence and offence in a world that is not as pure as it used to be.
